6 pools, 1 lazy river, 5 hot tubs, a kid's pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bacce ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and pickleball courts. There is an on site restaurant/bar. There are 3 gyms, a sauna and steem room, a kid's park, a snack shack, NY pizza, grilling & picnic areas, The Salty Bean, Stella's ice cream, and 24/7 security. You will also have direct access to our private beaches.

** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a daily $10 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

This is a non smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. No Parties under any circumstance. Renters must be 23 or over. These are HOA rules and guidelines so there is no wiggle room.
