This 33 acre private resort has 6 pools, 4 hot tubs, a lazy river, kids pool & splash pad, Basketball & Tennis courts, a bar/restaurant, a gym, and private beach access. ** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a $10 per day per vehicle parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:

• Sheets for all beds
• Blankets for all beds
• 6 bath towels
• 6 wash cloths
• Hand towels
• Kitchen towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

• Kitchens are fully equipped
• We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a Keurig
• Dish soap is provided
• 1 roll of paper towels is provided
