Enjoy this spacious oceanfront 3 bedroom 3 Bathroom unit at Royal Gardens Resort in Garden City! Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise on your oceanfront balcony. Just a few blocks from the Garden City Pier, World Famous Sam’s Corner, arcades, restaurants, and much more. Royal Gardens Resort offers many amenities such as stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, indoor & outdoor pools & hot tubs that are open year round, a bar & restaurant, 3 elevators, and kiddie pools.

The Space

• 3 Bedrooms
• Master with King Bed with attached Bathroom
• Second Bedroom with Queen Bed
• 3rd Bedroom with Queen Bed
• Half bath in hallway of common area
• Full bath in between bedroom 2 and 3
• No sleeper sofa, but queen blow up mattress available for additional sleeping.

Other Things to Note

1. We provide 2 parking passes in the unit. That is all that is allowed per unit. These are HOA rules not owner rules.
2. Check-in is at 4PM check-out is at 10AM. No need to ask for an early check-in. We enjoy early check-ins too! For that reason, we will grant you access to the resort early while you wait for you room to be cleaned. Additionally, we will ALWAYS get you into the unit as early as possible. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE an early check-in. This is dependent upon our cleaners and our schedule for the day.
3. We provide initial set of linens. (6) Bath Towels, (6) wash cloths, hand towels & linens for all beds. If they need washed throughout your stay, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
4. We will provide an initial, starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bag, dish pod. Please plan and purchase items accordingly.
5. Our kitchens are fully equipped. (Pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils)
6. While certain items may be left by previous guests, we do not provide/replenish the following items:

• Condiments (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc…)
• Personal items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
• Beach Towels- please do not use our bath towels at the beach/pool they become very difficult to clean and often times need replaced. Beach toys (each unit had 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, a
• Boogie board and other pool/beach toys) we have had these items stolen from our unit or broken several times during the season. As a result, we have decided to stop replenishing these items. For this reason, we can’t guarantee that these items are in the unit, although we did put them in there.

We will send you detailed Check-in instructions the day of check-in.
