Not only is there a pool, hot tub, and grilling area just steps out the back door the resort offers 5 more pools, a lazy river, a splash pad, kids playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, bar/restaurant, and private beach access. Centrally located in Myrtle Beach

6 pools, 1 lazy river, 3 hot tubs, a kid’s pool/water play park, tennis courts, bocci ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, an outside restaurant and bar, a gym, a sauna, and a convenience store. You will also have direct access to a private beach.

** Note: As of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a $10 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES.

You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.
