Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This beautiful condo was fully remodeled and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. This 33 acre private beach resort is loaded with amenities for the whole family. Not only is there a pool, hot tub, and grilling area just steps out the back door the resort offers 5 more pools, a lazy river, a splash pad, kids playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, bar/restaurant, and private beach access. Centrally located in Myrtle Beach

Amenities Include

6 pools, 1 lazy river, 3 hot tubs, a kid’s pool/water play park, tennis courts, bocci ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, an outside restaurant and bar, a gym, a sauna, and a convenience store. You will also have direct access to a private beach.

Other Things to Note

** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $20 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.

You will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

Linens
We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:
– Sheets for all beds
– Blankets for all beds
– 6 bath towels
– 6 wash cloths
– Hand towels
– Kitchen towels
– 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.
