MBR is a unique 33 acre private community inside Myrtle Beach Resort. Once you're in these gates you'll have access to all the amenities and cool features that this amazing place has to offer.
6 pools, 1 lazy river, 3 hot tubs, a kid's pool/water play park, tennis courts, bocci ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, an outside restaurant and bar, a gym, a sauna, and a convenience store. You will also have direct access to a private beach.
** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a daily $10 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.
We provide initial bath towels/wash cloths/hand towels (6) and linens for your stay. If you need them washed throughout your stay, there is a coin laundry on each floor.
