Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place ON THE BEACH! This condo is located in the highly sought after, private Myrtle Beach Resort. Feel safe with your family in a gated community with 24 hour security. This condo is direct ocean front and fully renovated. Beautiful stainless steel appliances, open floor plan, 1 and a half bed, 1 bath condo. Master has a queen, 2 twin beds in the hall way. We also have a sleeper sofa. Enjoy ocean views from the privacy of the balcony! This is the 1!

You will receive a gate code to access the resort through the security gate. Separately, You will receive a four digit code from me to access the condo via a keypad on the day of check-in by 4 PM.

* Note for safety we have 1 exterior doorbell camera outside the unit. This allows us to track suspicious activity at our properties

** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a $10 per day per vehicle parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

Linens

We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:

• Sheets for all beds
• Blankets for all beds
• 6 bath towels
• 6 wash cloths
• Hand towels
• Kitchen towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Kitchen Notes

• Kitchens are fully equipped
• We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a Keurig
• Dish soap is provided
• 1 roll of paper towels is provided

No smoking or you will be charged an additional $600 cleaning fee
