One of a kind 2 Bedroom condo at Myrtle Beach Resort features a cozy living area with a mounted flat screen tv and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, dining area, fully appointed kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. The two private bedrooms feature one Queen bed in the master and two Twin beds in the second bedroom; each with a mounted flat screen tv. The condo has two full baths and a private balcony.

You will have the entire space and will be provided a door code for your stay.

* Note: For safety we have 1 exterior doorbell camera outside the unit. This allows us to track suspicious activity at our properties.

** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a $10 per day per vehicle parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

Linens

We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:

• Sheets for all beds
• Blankets for all beds
• 6 bath towels
• 6 wash cloths
• Hand towels
• Kitchen towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Kitchen Notes

• Kitchens are fully equipped
• We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a Keurig
• Dish soap is provided
• 1 roll of paper towels is provided
