This private 33 acre compound has everything you need to make your vacation a dream come true. 6 pools, 6 hot tubs, 2 kids pools, a splash pad, a lazy river, a sauna, a gym, a basketball court, tennis courts, a playground, a bar/restaurant, and the Ocean.

You will receive an email code to access the resort through the security gate. Separately, You will receive a four digit code from me to access the unit via a keypad on the day of check-in by 4 PM.

* Note for safety we have 1 exterior doorbell camera outside the unit. This allows us to track suspicious activity at our properties

** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a daily $10 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES.
You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded. Additionally, you will be charged a $600 pet cleaning fee.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

Linens

We provide initial bath towels/wash cloths/hand towels (6) and linens for your stay. If you need them washed throughout your stay, there is a coin laundry on each floor.

There is a Keurig and drip coffee pot in the kitchen.
