Once you make your way into this private 33-acre compound everything you need is here. 6 pools, hot tubs, lazy river, splash pad, playground, tennis & basketball courts, gym, restaurant/bar and private beach access. 6 pools, 1 lazy river, 3 hot tubs, a kid’s pool/water play park, tennis courts, bocci ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, an outside restaurant and bar, a gym, a sauna, and a convenience store. You will also have direct access to a private beach.

** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a $10 per day per vehicle parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

Linens

We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:

• Sheets for all beds
• Blankets for all beds
• 6 bath towels
• 6 wash cloths
• Hand towels
• Kitchen towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Kitchen Notes

• Kitchens are fully equipped
• We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a Keurig
• Dish soap is provided
• 1 roll of paper towels is provided
