This beautifully updated OCEANVIEW condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining room, full kitchen, and a beautiful balcony looking at the Atlantic! You will be BLOWN AWAY by the breathtaking views, day and night on the balcony! This condo sleeps 6. Queen Bed in Master bedroom, a full and a twin in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. It is located in the highly desirable, family friendly Myrtle Beach Resort. Come enjoy yourself!

There is a keypad lock at the unit. You will receive a four digit code on the day of check-in by 4:00 PM. For safety, we have 1 exterior doorbell camera outside the unit. This allows us to track suspicious activity at our properties.

** Note: as of 1/1/2026 the HOA has implemented a daily $10 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

Linens

We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:

• Sheets for all beds
• Blankets for all beds
• 6 bath towels
• 6 wash cloths
• Hand towels
• Kitchen towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

• Kitchens are fully equipped
• We have a regular drip coffee pot (Not a Kuerig)
• Dish soap is provided
• 1 roll of paper towels is provided
