** Note: as of 1/1/2025 the HOA has implemented a daily $5 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.
It is payable directly to the resort by card only (No Cash) upon arrival at the Security gate. They will then provide your parking pass.
