The location! Walk across the street to the beach, a 5-minute walk to the pier, arcade, restaurant. A quick car ride to Walmart, the grocery store, and restaurants. Parking is under the units, so your car stays in the shade. The unit was updated and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The keypad check-in made it convenient, no carrying around a key.
