The location! Walk across the street to the beach, a 5-minute walk to the pier, arcade, restaurant. A quick car ride to Walmart, the grocery store, and restaurants. Parking is under the units, so your car stays in the shade. The unit was updated and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The keypad check-in made it convenient, no carrying around a key.

“This place really is a little slice of heaven! Cozy and adorable beach decor with AMAZING view from the balcony– ocean sunrises are the best! You are *literally* steps from the pool and beach. The kitchen has all type of pots, pans and dishes if you want to cook. Walmart is across the street. This is in the quieter South Myrtle Beach, which was the peaceful escape I was searching for. Gated entry with security guards provided additional peace of mind. Great spot for a relaxing vacation! Also, the hosts were extremely quick to communicate anytime I had questions. Highly recommend!!!”

Amazing! The absolute best location! My son and I went for 9 days and the beach was so just across the street! He loved the arcade down the road and the pier! Our host was very responsive and so easy to communicate with. Perfect size for the two of us! Very entertaining people watching from the balcony! Walking distance to everything. I know someone else made a comment about the spots being small and they for sure were (we have a big truck) but they had street parking that was available to the condo as well which made parking effortless! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Had a really restful stay, watched movies, read books and relaxed. Really quiet time at Christmas. Met lots of locals, who were extremely friendly. The whole complex was clean and well maintained. we’d definitely stay again! Drive to wheel on beach front, was about 15 mins, most shops still open. Let’s talk about the 25 degrees one day!! Living Canada in December is not fun! We walked to the beach most days, sat and read or collected shells.

Diamond in the Sand was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. I wish I could’ve afforded to stay longer. My husband and I were very impressed with our stay at Diamond in the Sand. We were in need of a getaway – just the 2 of us and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend. The room was clean and very comfortable, and Jessica was amazing. I was in shock at how fast she would respond if I had a question about something. I am hoping we can come back again soon or even stay in another one of their condos if we bring the family with us. Thanks again Jessica and Larry for allowing us to use your condo for a long weekend. It was GREAT! Sometimes you just need the beach, and “Diamond in the Sand” was my little heaven for several days. It was a wonderful experience and I have no complaints.

Jess and Larry are the true diamond in the sea of rentals. We enjoyed every min of our stay. The condo was cute, clean, had everything we needed for our New Year’s Eve week at the beach. J&L are such awesome hosts. Very responsive. Absolute southern hospitality at its finest. The view is stunning. Even off season this is definitely a great choice. morning sunrises you won’t be disappointed. We loved sitting on the porch. 5 seasons pool and hot tub were nice and toasty. High rise pool was a little chilly for my kids. Thank you again!!!
