6 pools, 1 lazy river, 3 hot tubs, a kid’s pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bocce ball courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts. There is an outside restaurant and bar. There is a gym, a sauna, and a convenience store. You will also have direct access to a private beach.

** Note: as of 1/1/2025 the HOA has implemented a daily $5 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.
This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. Renters must be 23 or over. These are HOA rules and guidelines so there is no wiggle room.
