Kick back and relax in this lovely two bedroom, calm, stylish space located in Garden city. Directly across the street from the public beach access. Five min walk to Garden city pier and mins away from Walmart or grocery store. Enjoy karaoke on the pier every day from 2p-6p and live music on both ends of the pier from 8p -11p.
Other Things to Note
Free parking under the structure. Due to other guest in the facility, we can only allow one parking pass per HOA. Additional parking in a gravel lot close by is an option with adequate time to reserve the space. Please let me know if extra parking is needed. Also, please return parking pass to the unit.
No elevators. Use of stairs is required. This unit is on the second floor
Check in is at 4:00 pm; Check out is at 10:00 am. Cleaning services will arrive around 10am. Please me mindful that she has other units to clean as well, time is important.
NO Pets – We try to keep this unit pet free. $300 fine.
NO Parties – HOA does not allow parties or loud music that disturb other guests.
NO smoking – You can smoke on the balcony with the unit door closed or outside the front door. $500 fine if any evidence of smoking indoors is noticed.
