It is fully equipped and was put together to make your vacation easy and relaxing. Enjoy your coffee in the morning staring at the beautiful Atlantic ocean on this double balcony. This private resort has everything you need 6 swimming pools, hot tubs, basketball tennis and volleyball courts, A lazy river, Restaurant/bar, a gym, and private beach access. ⛱️

Amenities Include

6 pools, 1 lazy river, 3 hot tubs, a kid’s pool/water play park, tennis courts, bocci ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, an outside restaurant and bar, a gym, a sauna, and a convenience store. You will also have direct access to a private beach.

Other Things to Note

** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $20 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.

Check in time 4pm ; Check out time 10am

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded. Additionally, you will be charged a $600 pet cleaning fee.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.

Linens

We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay.
  • This includes:
  • Sheets for all beds
  • Blankets for all beds
  • 6 bath towels
  • 6 wash cloths
  • Hand towels
  • Kitchen towels
  • 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Kitchen Notes

  • Kitchens are fully equipped
  • Dish soap is provided
  • 1 roll of paper towels is provided

👉 $130 Cleaning Fee

👉 No smoking or you will be charged an additional $600 cleaning fee

👉 No pets allowed
